Almost all our pieces are made to order and made by hand in New York City with lots of love and care. Please allow us 1-3 business days before shipment for your product to be made.
Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order is shipped. All pieces are shipped from the United States.

Please make sure to enter all your information correctly. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Items marked undeliverable due to incorrect shipping address can be reshipped if they are returned back to us, and will incur a re-shipping fee.

U.S. shipping

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. We offer free US shipping on orders over $100.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. We offer free international shipping on orders over $250. International shipments may be subject to additional fees, customs charges, duties and taxes (NOT included in the total at checkout), all of which will be at the buyer’s expense. These fees may vary depending on the country and shipping delays may occur due to customs procedures. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.


Lost packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit but we will use our best efforts to assist you. We strongly suggest you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change in your shipping address, email us at as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has been shipped. We are no longer responsible for shipments once proof of delivery is generated.

*Please note that we ship twice a week. We ship all orders twice a week (every Monday and Thursday) in order to reduce transportation emissions. Even the smallest of our daily life changes can go a long way toward helping our beloved Mother Earth.



We hope you love your Rodela pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accommodate a return within 10 days.
 We have a 10-day return policy which means you have 10 days to request a return after receiving your item. Before returning your product, please email us at including your order number, name, email address, and your request.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unused and in a merchantable condition as well as returned in their original packaging.
Buyer will be responsible for shipping the returns, and all return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. The original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return.
You may use any postal service at your own risk, Rodela cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days in the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will refund the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase.
Rodela reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.


Our system does not accept exchanges. If you would like to return an item and receive another, the original item must be returned under the same terms as a standard return and a new order must be placed through our website.

Store credit

We know that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to take advantage of our return policy. You can choose the option of returning an item for store credit once your return has been processed. We will waive all shipping costs, and issue you a gift card with no expiration date in the amount of the item you paid. Store credit can be used to re-purchase any products on our website.

Damaged items

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at  including your order number, name, email address and a photograph illustrating the damage.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can see to it and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns or refunds on items on sale. Also, gift cards and customized items are non-refundable.
