Shipping

Almost all our pieces are made to order and made by hand in New York City with lots of love and care. Please allow us 1-3 business days before shipment for your product to be made.
Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order is shipped. All pieces are shipped from the United States. 

U.S. shipping

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. We offer free US shipping on orders over $100.

Our standard service, USPS Ground Advantage, typically arrives within 2-5 business days once the order has shipped.

USPS Priority Mail, which generally arrives within approximately 1-3 business days once the order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and other unexpected circumstances.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. We offer free international shipping on orders over $250. International shipments may be subject to additional fees, customs charges, duties and taxes (NOT included in the total at checkout), all of which will be at the buyer’s expense. These fees may vary depending on the country and shipping delays may occur due to customs procedures. Please refer to your country's government website for more information. 

 

Responsibility Disclaimer:
To safeguard the delivery of your order, we strongly advise selecting a secure shipping location. Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Address Changes:

Should you need to modify your shipping address, kindly reach out to us at info@shoprodela.com promptly. Please note that address updates can only be accommodated if the package has not yet left our facility.

Cancellations:

Order cancellations are subject to availability. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@shoprodela.com, and we will do our best to assist you. 

Please note that once you receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Undeliverable Items:

Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address can be reshipped upon return to our facility. Please note that this will incur a re-shipping fee.

Assistance for Missing or Delayed Packages:

In the event of a missing or delayed package, notify us immediately at info@shoprodela.com. We are committed to assisting you and will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

 

Returns

We hope you love your Rodela pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accommodate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned item(s) must be shipped back to our return processing center within 14 days of delivery. Returns postmarked outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted.
Before returning your product, please email us at info@shoprodela.com including your order number, name, email address, and your request.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unused, not damaged and in a merchantable condition as well as returned in their original packaging.
Buyer will be responsible for shipping the returns, and all return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. You may use any postal service at your own discretion, but please note that Rodela cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit. We strongly advise using a trackable, insured service for all return packages and ensuring that items are well packaged.
Please note that the original shipping fees and handling fees will not be credited back upon return.
Once your return is received, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days in the original payment method. Refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 
Rodela reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

 Exchanges

Our system does not accept exchanges. If you would like to return an item and receive another, the original item must be returned under the same terms as a standard return and a new order must be placed through our website.

Store credit

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make returning items as easy as possible for you. You have the option to return an item for store credit once your return has been processed. We'll waive all shipping and handling fees, and issue you a gift card with a one-year expiration date from the date issued in the amount of the item you paid. Store credit can be used to repurchase any products on our website.

Damaged items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@shoprodela.com with your order number, name, email address, and a photograph of the damage.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items so that we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

Please note that items marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for returns or refunds, as specified in the product description or indicated by the product tag. Additionally, gift cards, personalized items and custom orders are non-refundable.
