PROCESSING TIMES

Each RODELA piece is made to order and handcrafted with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. This is the time we dedicate to creating your jewelry before it is dispatched.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from New York, excluding US holidays. 

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-volume periods such as seasonal events, new collection launches, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. We’ll share any updates on this page to keep you informed.

US SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from New York via UPS. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all US orders over $150. For other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated Delivery (after processing):

UPS Ground (Standard): 1–5 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air : 2 business days

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

For UPS Next Day Air orders, we strive to process and dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.

If UPS service is not available for your delivery address, an alternative carrier will be arranged to ensure secure delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped from New York via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

Delivery, after processing, typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. 

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, and additional charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the checkout total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. The amount can vary by country. Rodela is not responsible for these charges or for any shipping delays caused by customs processing.

RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER

Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Rodela is not responsible for domestic or international packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We strongly recommend selecting a secure shipping address. 

In the rare event that your package is missing or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@shoprodela.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, customers must notify us to request reshipment or a refund through our standard return process. A re-shipping fee may apply.

SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY

If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery, please include this request in the order notes when placing your order. Kindly note that this option cannot be added once the order has been processed or shipped.
